General terms on how L.D.I Desentupidora LTDA (“L.D.I Desentupidora”), registered under CNPJ 48.752.769/0001-92, in Itu, São Paulo, provides its services. Specific terms are agreed for each job.
Where possible we confirm the scope and price before starting. Some jobs are assessed on site.
Our services follow Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For services contracted at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days of contracting, under article 49 of the CDC, before the work is carried out.
If a blockage recurs within the agreed scope, contact us and we will review the case.
